By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information as needed. You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary approvals and materials are provided to us in a timely manner.

**4. Payment Terms**

Payment is required upfront or according to the payment schedule specified in the service agreement. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

**5. Changes and Cancellations**

Any changes to the agreed scope of work may incur additional charges. Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation policy applies:

   - **Project Management & Social Media Marketing:** Cancellations made within 7 days of project commencement will receive a full refund. After 7 days, no refund will be issued.

   - **Event Planning:** Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will receive a 50% refund. After 14 days, no refund will be issued.

   - **Web Design Services:** Cancellations made before the design process begins will receive a full refund. Once design work has started, no refund will be issued.

**6. Confidentiality**

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose any details to third parties without your consent.

**7. Intellectual Property**

All content created by Live Marketing Agency for your project remains our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, intellectual property rights will be transferred to you.

**8. Limitation of Liability**

Live Marketing Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

**9. Governing Law**

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

**10. Changes to Terms**

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

**Refund Policy**

**1. Refund Requests**

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

**2. Eligibility for Refunds**

   - **Project Management & Social Media Marketing:** Refunds are available within 7 days of payment. After 7 days, refunds will not be issued.

   - **Event Planning:** Refunds are available as per the cancellation policy outlined above.

   - **Web Design Services:** Refunds are available before the start of the design process. Once design work has commenced, refunds are not available.

**3. Processing Time**

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

**4. Non-Refundable Fees**

Certain fees, such as setup or administrative fees, may be non-refundable. Details will be provided in your service agreement.
